The ridged surface is ideal for steaks, lamb chops, chicken breasts and burgers, as well as halloumi, asparagus, courgettes and other vegetables, creating distinctive sear lines while lifting food above excess fats and cooking juices.

Made from substantial cast iron with a PFAS/PFOA-free enamelled cooking surface, it’s designed for years of regular use. The durable enamel is easy to care for, while the integrated pouring spout makes it easier to drain excess fat and cooking juices after use.

For the best longevity, allow the grill pan to cool before washing and avoid sudden temperature changes. Clean between the ridges with warm water, washing-up liquid and a soft brush or non-abrasive sponge, soaking stubborn residue first rather than using abrasive scourers. Dry thoroughly before storing to help keep the enamelled cast iron looking its best.
