For the best longevity, allow the frying pan to cool before washing and avoid sudden temperature changes. Clean with warm water, washing-up liquid and a soft sponge, soaking stubborn residue rather than using abrasive scourers. Dry thoroughly before storing to help keep the enamelled cast iron looking its best.
