Made for generous oven-cooked meals, the J&L by PROCHEF 4L Enamelled Self-Basting Roaster is ideal for succulent roast chicken, slow-cooked beef and lamb, hearty casseroles and one-pot family dinners. The oval shape is particularly useful for roasting joints of meat and poultry, with room around them for potatoes, root vegetables and all the trimmings.

The smooth PFAS-free enamelled cooking surface is easy to care for and won't react with acidic ingredients, making the roaster equally useful for tomato-rich casseroles, wine-based sauces and slow-cooked dishes.

For everyday care, the enamelled surface is easy to wipe clean after cooking and the roaster is dishwasher safe when needed. For more stubborn residue, allow it to cool before soaking in warm water and washing-up liquid, then clean with a soft sponge rather than abrasive scourers to help protect the enamel for years to come.
