• 26cm round casserole dish: Plenty of room for family-sized stews, batch-cooked chilli, slow-braised joints or roasting a whole small chicken with vegetables.

Made from substantial cast iron with PFAS/PFOA-free enamelled cooking surfaces, both casseroles are designed for years of regular use. The durable enamel is easy to care for and provides a non-reactive surface for cooking with acidic ingredients such as tomatoes, wine and citrus.

For the best longevity, allow the casseroles to cool before washing and avoid sudden temperature changes. Clean with warm water, washing-up liquid and a soft sponge, soaking stubborn residue rather than using abrasive scourers. Dry thoroughly before storing to help keep the enamelled cast iron looking its best.
