Made from substantial cast iron with PFAS/PFOA-free enamelled cooking surfaces, all five pieces are designed for years of regular use. The durable enamel is easy to care for and provides a non-reactive surface for cooking with acidic ingredients such as tomatoes, wine and citrus.

For everyday care, the smooth enamelled surfaces are easy to wipe clean after cooking. For a deeper clean, allow the cookware to cool before washing and avoid sudden temperature changes. Clean with warm water, washing-up liquid and a soft sponge or brush, soaking stubborn residue rather than using abrasive scourers. Dry thoroughly before storing to help keep the enamelled cast iron looking its best.
