For everyday care, the enamelled surface is easy to wipe clean after cooking and the tray is dishwasher safe when needed. For more stubborn baked-on residue, allow it to cool before soaking in warm water and washing-up liquid, then clean with a soft sponge rather than abrasive scourers to help protect the enamel for years to come.
