Product Description

Created in partnership with chef and broadcaster Matt Tebbutt, this 30cm cast iron frying pan is designed for confident, high-heat cooking, combining a generous cooking surface with the excellent heat retention of heavy-duty cast iron.

The pan distributes and retains heat effectively, making it particularly well suited to searing, browning and caramelising ingredients while maintaining consistent temperatures throughout cooking. Its cream enamelled interior requires no pre-seasoning, while twin pouring spouts make it easy to pour away excess fat or transfer cooking juices and sauces from either side of the pan.

Suitable for all hob types and oven safe up to 230°C, the pan can move from hob to oven as a recipe requires. The long cast iron handle is complemented by an additional helper handle for greater control when moving the pan, while the included precision-cut acacia wooden serving board provides a dedicated base for presenting finished dishes at the table.
