Product Description

Created in partnership with chef and broadcaster Matt Tebbutt, this 30cm shallow casserole combines the exceptional heat retention of heavy-duty cast iron with a versatile shape designed for everything from searing and braising to roasting and slow cooking.

The cream enamelled interior provides a durable cooking surface that requires no pre-seasoning, while the heavy cast iron construction distributes and retains heat effectively for consistent cooking results. A self-basting lid features raised points on the underside, helping condensation fall back over food during cooking to retain moisture and flavour.

Suitable for all hob types and oven cooking, the casserole is designed to move seamlessly from cooking to serving. The included precision-cut acacia wooden board provides a smart, practical base for bringing the casserole straight to the table while helping to protect worktops and dining surfaces.
