Product Description

Created in partnership with chef and broadcaster Matt Tebbutt, this three-piece cast iron casserole set brings together the 22cm and 26cm round casseroles with the larger 30cm shallow casserole, giving you a versatile selection of cookware for different dishes, portions and cooking styles.

The two round casseroles give you flexibility for everything from smaller portions and side dishes to curries, stews, braises and family meals. The wide, shallow profile of the 30cm casserole provides more cooking surface for browning and searing ingredients, while still giving you the depth needed for one-pan meals, larger dishes and recipes finished slowly in the oven.

Made from heavy-duty cast iron, all three pieces distribute and retain heat effectively for consistent cooking. Cream enamelled interiors require no pre-seasoning, while the self-basting lids feature raised points underneath that help redistribute condensation over food during cooking to retain moisture and flavour.

Suitable for all hob types and oven safe up to 230°C, each casserole is finished in matte black with a brass-effect lid handle featuring Matt Tebbutt branding. Every piece also comes with its own precision-cut acacia wooden serving board, making it easy to take dishes from oven to table while helping protect the surface beneath.
